The "Employee Recycling Initiative" is our collaboration with Unilever, as part of Fattal's commitment to sustainable living and environmental responsibility.

Lebanon produces approximately 5,000 tons of waste per day, with 15% being plastic and 10% paper. Our initiative is a significant step towards sorting and recycling a substantial amount of this waste. Fattal and Unilever employees can now recycle their office and home plastic, cardboard, and aluminum waste by following a few simple steps:

-Rinse plastic containers thoroughly until they are completely clean.

-Ensure that cardboard/paper waste is free of non-paper waste.

-Place sorted cardboard, plastic, or aluminum waste in the recycling bins located behind the Dolphin building, next to Fattal Online or Facing Fattal's Basketball Court.

The "Lebanese Waste Management" will collect the sorted waste and pay us in return. Over the next few months, the collected funds will be used to plant trees as part of a Fattal x Unilever team-building hike activity. This cycle will continue every few months, with ongoing activities to support our commitment to giving back to the environment.
