Wellness Week 2023

In July, the highly anticipated Wellness Week was launched by Fattal Group's CSR department! The CSR department took this opportunity to prepare a diverse range of activities that specifically aimed to enhance the overall well-being of Fattal employees, with a strong focus on both their physical and mental health! Throughout the entire week, our colleagues had the chance to participate in different activities, such as:


Laughter Yoga:


This out-of-the-box activity promoted laughter as an exercise for better physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It benefited 38 Fattal employees, making them feel more energetic and alive while encouraging free expression without judgment. The session promoted team spirit while creating a wonderful sense of togetherness and unity among all of the participants.


Body Posture:


The session provided 37 employees with individualized posture scans with feedback and exercises ensuring that each participant gained a deep understanding of their unique postural habits. The session aimed to empower employees to make positive changes that foster a sense of overall well-being and increased comfort, as well as to cultivate a culture of wellness and self-care, where employees felt supported in their journey towards improved physical health.


Siira Workshop:


In this session, we discussed "compassion fatigue," which involves challenges in prioritizing others in personal lives, managing deadlines, and coping with high-pressure job environments. The 20 participants learned to recognize signs of compassion fatigue and why we sometimes care excessively about others, neglecting our well-being. The environment was safe and supportive, encouraging employees to take part in open dialogue about mental health. This session contributed to improving individual mental health and promoted a culture of empathy and support within the organization.


Rally Paper:


The goal of this rally paper was to have fun through friendly competition and bring teams from various departments together. This activity revolved around boosting employee engagement, strengthening relationships among team members, and creating a positive and lively atmosphere at work. The event featured team-based challenges and problem-solving activities, making it an exciting and thrilling experience. The 28 employees who participated worked together to reach a common goal, which was to plant an olive tree as a symbol of our company.


Ping-Pong & Backgammon Tournaments:


Around 12 employees participated in the ping-pong tournament and 8 in the backgammon tournament, and everyone had lots of fun! It is important to truly value each and every one of our employees' diverse interests and to ensure everyone feels included. The CSR department is committed to nurturing an environment where our employees feel cared for and supported in all aspects of their lives, knowing that their well-being is the foundation of our collective success.
