Fattal Group was delighted to welcome 56 talented interns from 20 different universities for a two-month internship program. This internship program provided these young talents with a chance to dive into real-life experiences and gain valuable skills.

Throughout their time with Fattal Group, the interns were placed in 24 different departments and worked on various missions, including marketing campaigns, market research, and sales strategies. They also took part in charity initiatives, raising about $2,100 through bake sales and bracelet sales to support the education of six students in collaboration with Our Lady of Hope Foundation.

In addition to their on-the-job training, the interns attended courses from Fattal Group's KFF Academy, which enriched their learning experience. The summer internship program wrapped up with a graduation ceremony where the interns received their certificates and afterwards showcased their work and what they had learned through creative booth stands. Families, friends, and colleagues came together to celebrate their achievements.

As these interns embark on their career paths, they carry with them the valuable lessons and experiences from their time at Fattal Group, and the company looks forward to witnessing their continued success in the years to come.
