Fattal Group enters a new chapter in its 128-year journey.

On Friday, November 7th, our Chairwoman, Caroline Fattal, together with our teams in Lebanon and abroad, warmly welcomed Elie Hajj as Group Chief Executive Officer, a leader who has grown within the organization and helped shape it from the inside out.

Elie has been a key part of Fattal's leadership team for several years, most recently serving as Group Head of Healthcare, where he played a pivotal role in unifying and strengthening our operations regionally. His deep understanding of our people, businesses, and values makes this appointment a natural continuation of Fattal's long-term vision.

The town hall meeting, held at our headquarters in Lebanon and streamed live to affiliates abroad, was an inspiring gathering that brought together different teams across the Group. The meeting included a heartfelt welcome from our Chairwoman, Caroline Fattal, as she congratulated Elie on his achievements and shared her pride in seeing a leader who has grown through dedication and proven success within the Group.
