EMPOWERMENT TO COMMUNITY

Empowerment to community is a strong pillar of our commitments. It is a platform for us to share our knowledge, expertise and care with our local community beyond the ordinary financial contributions. It is also an opportunity for us to engage our own employees in thinking about the main challenges faced by our community starting from the basic need for food, lack of awareness about health issues, difficulties in accessing education and other issues.

Youth Day

Inspired by the successful Kids Day that was held in 2018, the Fattal Youth Day took place on April 2019 during Easter Holidays at the company premises. This initiative welcomed the company employees’ sons and daughters aged between 14 and 17 years old.


For young women and men, the purpose was to be exposed to their parents' work environment, to explore the corporate world and to understand the sales cycle from a distribution perspective.


The youth lived an enriching sales experience whereby they got accustomed to Fattal brands, did a communication exercise and in a workshop about personal soft skills as well as a hands-on lab!
