EMPOWERMENT TO COMMUNITY
Empowerment to community is a strong pillar of our commitments. It is a platform for us to share our knowledge, expertise and care with our local community beyond the ordinary financial contributions. It is also an opportunity for us to engage our own employees in thinking about the main challenges faced by our community starting from the basic need for food, lack of awareness about health issues, difficulties in accessing education and other issues.

Fighting hunger
A few steps away from Fattal premises ‘Beit El Ataa’, a Lebanese NGO, welcomes abandoned people from the area of Sin-el-Fil 3 days a week, offering them breakfast, lunch and wellness services such as shower and other hygiene musts.
Fattal Group’s partnered with Beit el Ataa’ by sponsoring a forth day, Tuesday. Many colleagues are volunteering at ‘Beit El Ataa’ by serving lunch every Tuesday at 1pm. Although, financial contributions are drawn from the CSR department budget, without the involvement of thoughtful and caring colleagues, this initiative wouldn't have been possible!
Fattal also partnered up with Aasha el Tayeb, another Lebanese NGO, for a series of meals intended to bring joy to underprivileged communities, offering them healthy and delicious food in a heartwarming atmosphere!
